At Watiti Mart, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This Refund & Return Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. General Policy
We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges for items that are:
• Damaged or defective
• Incorrect (not what was ordered)
• Expired or unfit for consumption
All return requests must be made within a reasonable time after purchase or delivery.
2. Return Timeframe
• Returns should be reported within 24 hours of purchase or delivery
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
Watiti Mart reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
• Perishable goods that have been used or stored improperly
• Opened or partially consumed items
• Items purchased on clearance or special offer (unless defective)
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
• Refunds may be issued via the original payment method or store credit
• Processing time may take 1–3 business days depending on the situation
5. Exchanges
Where possible, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, especially for:
• Incorrect items
• Damaged goods
6. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
• Report immediately upon delivery or within the same day
• Provide proof where possible (e.g., photos)
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
